Temporarily Closed feels like I’ve invited you over for a delicious dinner
and cancelled 10 minutes before serving.

Let me share with you why I ‘cancelled dinner’ because you may find yourself here someday.
For a long duration of time, I have endured migraines and chronic fatigue. With years of fatigue so overpowering, I cannot stand nor speak correctly several times a day. However, because my will to push is so strong, I never stopped long enough to hear what my nervous system (NS) was trying to relay.
Now I understand the NS that controls every organ in our body from our kidneys to our brain is blind, mute, and deaf. Think about that. It is even unknowing of truth from lie. The only sense ones NS can interpret is emotion.
By not listening, expressing, or validating my thoughts and feelings all my life, my NS alarm center elevated to status of emergency by insisting 20+ migraines a month. This is the pain I could not bear and is the catalyst to my change.

Good news, I have found a health coach, Miguel at CFS Recovery. Reasoning through, we believe I can reset my nervous system in about 3 months time. However, it’s not guaranteed as I have much to learn.

In the meantime, practice being true to your feelings and thoughts though love and edification. If you don't know how to start a conversation, start it by saying those exact words: "I do not know how to start this conversation, but something needs to be talked through together."
One more thing, don't stop a conversation because you don't have a solution. You don't need to know how it ends, you just need to begin. Start it and you'll have help finding resolutions.
